The process begins with synchronized rotation of all discs. The mobile head, at the center of the process, supporting and driving the rotation of the longitudinal bars while a transversal wire, coming from a payoff (included), during the movement, spiral around the bars. The translation, for the length of the pile, does the assembly of the cage. During the process, with a common wire welder (not included), the spiral is welded to the bars, to make the finished cage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The complete series of bushings and templates necessary for the various pile diameters that can be produced is included.<\/li>\n<li>To weld the assembled cage it is necessary to have a wire welding machine, as the plant makes only the assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Used cage making machine, created by market leading manufacturer, therefore a guarantee of quality.<\/li>\n<li>The machinery needs minor repairs, so the estimate must be evaluated in order to carry them out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cage making machine in great demand and unobtainable.
