Assembly operation:
from a storage stand (included), all the necessary longitudinal bars are loaded onto perforated disc, that acts as a template, inserted into a mobile head, with a special template, and fixed, with hydraulic clamps, to a disc head. The process begins with synchronized rotation of all discs. The mobile head, at the center of the process, supporting and driving the rotation of the longitudinal bars while a transversal wire, coming from a payoff (included), during the movement, spiral around the bars. The translation, for the length of the pile, does the assembly of the cage. During the process, with a common wire welder (not included), the spiral is welded to the bars, to make the finished cage.

• The complete series of bushings and templates necessary for the various pile diameters that can be produced is included.
• To weld the assembled cage it is necessary to have a wire welding machine, as the plant makes only the assembly.
• Used cage making machine, created by market leading manufacturer, therefore a guarantee of quality.
• The machinery needs minor repairs, so the estimate must be evaluated in order to carry them out.

Cage making machine in great demand and unobtainable. The sale price of this used plant is unrepeatable, because small repairs to be made and the welding robot is missing.
